About Us
We are the specialised alternative to large providers. Our PBS and Support Work services for neurodevelopmental disabilities are built on highly experienced, long-term teams dedicated to your individual success.

Our Story
Healthy Minds Psychologists was established in 2010 with a clear mission: to move away from the limitations of large-scale providers and offer truly boutique, specialised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Support Work services.
We recognised the need for deeper, more focused expertise for adolescents, young people, and adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Our narrow focus ensures a high level of clinical quality and individualised care that large providers simply can't match.
The quality of our support is directly linked to the quality of our team. We invest in highly experienced staff and support workers and treat them with the respect and support they deserve. This intentional approach ensures team stability—our support professionals stay with clients for the long term ensuring stable, long-term relationships that lead to better trust, deeper understanding, and ultimately, more successful outcomes for every individual we support.
